Once again, The Kampong opens its gates for a unique Forest Bathing experience — held in one of Miami’s most treasured hidden sanctuaries.

✨ Guided by Karina Del Punta, Ph.D., neuroscientist and founder of neuroXnature, bringing together decades of scientific research and a lifelong dedication to exploring our relationship with the natural world.

Forest Bathing—or Shinrin-yoku—is a guided practice of slowing down, awakening the senses, and deepening presence through a sequence of gentle invitations that foster connection and reciprocity with the living world.

✨ As you move gently through the landscape, wrapped in the fragrance of tropical blooms and the hush of Biscayne Bay, ordinary moments may begin to feel extraordinary—alive, meaningful, and filled with beauty.

🌿 Evidence-based benefits include reduced stress, enhanced immunity, improved mood, and greater mental clarity.

🌿 Your ticket includes exclusive access to explore The Kampong’s lush, historic gardens before and after the session — linger beneath banyan canopies, wander among rare tropical plants, and soak in the serene beauty of Biscayne Bay.

Come alone or with loved ones to share in this special evening.

🌕 Pause. Sense. Connect.
